Arrow Senior Living in Saint Peters, MO is seeking a Wellness Nurse Manager to lead the on-site nursing team. The role requires an active LPN or RN license in good standing and hands-on care, with knowledge of current standards and EMR familiarity. Shift Schedule: Week 1 Tue, Thu, Fri; Week 2 Wed, Sat, Sun, 7:00pm–7:00am.

Qualifications

• Must have current LPN or RN license in good standing.
• Hands-on nursing care and medication passes.
• Knowledge of current care standards and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the Wellness team and department in the absence of heads.
• Be available on the floor to assist with call lights and resident needs.
• Accurately document resident assessments and records.
