Job summary

DSV is seeking a Team Lead for the Overnight shift (M-TH) in Mesa, AZ to coordinate warehousing, receiving and shipping activities under the Operations Supervisor. This role emphasizes performance, safety and quality aligned with company objectives.

You will mentor associates, train on SOPs, operate forklift equipment, resolve discrepancies, prepare reports, and ensure OSHA and ISO standards. Evening/weekend flexibility is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year of experience in a logistics/distribution environment.
• Ability to operate material handling equipment (MHE).
• Ability to work in unregulated temperatures in a warehouse.

Responsibilities

• Mentor and train new and existing associates on distribution activities and SOPs.
• Assist in forklift operation and certification for associates.
• Oversee unloading, packing, staging and loading of shipments per SOPs.
• Coordinate workload and ensure accuracy of inbound/outbound paperwork.
• Prepare accurate activity reports for site management.
• Maintain safety, quality, and housekeeping standards; participate in safety meetings.
• Direct the warehouse team to achieve productivity and quality objectives.
• Ensure proper documentation, inventory control, and issue resolution with supervisor.
