Job summary

DSV - Global transport and logistics is seeking a Team Lead for the Dock Weekend shift in Arizona. The role coordinates warehousing, receiving and shipping activities Friday through Monday, 6:00am-5:00pm, under the supervision of the Operations Supervisor.

You will mentor staff, oversee shipping/receiving, ensure quality control, and uphold safety and SOPs while driving productivity and cost objectives. Prior forklift certification and warehouse experience are required.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• 1 year experience in logistics/distribution or a relevant environment.
• Able to operate material handling equipment (MHE) and forklift certification is required.
• Ability to work in unregulated warehouse temperatures.</s>

Responsibilities

• Mentor and train new and existing associates on distribution activities.
• Oversee unloading, picking, staging, and outbound shipments per SOPs.
• Maintain professional communication with customers and drivers.
• Ensure product quality and documentation accuracy.
• Follow safety, ISO, OSHA/MSDS standards and site policies.
• Direct warehouse team to meet productivity and payroll targets.
