Job summary

DSV is seeking an Operations Supervisor to oversee inbound/outbound activities, labor scheduling, and space utilization at our Mesa, AZ site. You will manage hiring, training, and performance evaluations to ensure safe, cost-efficient operations.

You will lead a team in warehouse activities, ensure KPI achievement, and collaborate with management and clients to maintain high service levels.

Qualifications

• Must have a High school diploma or GED.
• 3 years’ experience working in a logistics/distribution/relevant environment.
• 1 year experience in a supervisory role.
• Preferred: Prior MHE certification / knowledge of basic MHE operation.

Responsibilities

• Supervise inbound, outbound, product slotting and customer communication activities daily.
• Hire and train staff, plan daily work, and conduct performance appraisals.
• Ensure KPI targets are met and SOPs followed to meet safety and cost objectives.
• Coordinate labor scheduling and space utilization to optimize operations.
• Provide guidance to HR and participate in promotions and staff development.
