Job summary

DSV - Global Transport and Logistics in Mesa is seeking a Team Lead, Overnight M-TH to coordinate warehouse operations and supervise associates to ensure on-time shipping and receiving.

Under Operations supervision, you will train staff, monitor safety, and uphold quality standards while maintaining productivity and accurate paperwork. Forklift certification is required, with flexibility for evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or GED.
• Experience in logistics/distribution preferred.
• Must be able to operate MHE and forklift.

Responsibilities

• Mentor and train new and existing associates.
• Train staff on SOPs for shipping, receiving, picking, and quality control.
• Assist in forklift operation and certification.
• Oversee unloading, stacking, and picking outbound shipments.
• Load orders according to doors and trailers.
• Ensure accuracy of inbound/outbound paperwork.
• Maintain professional communication with customers.
• Ensure safety, housekeeping, and compliance with SOPs and OSHA.
