Job summary

DSV - Global Transport and Logistics in Mesa, AZ is seeking an Operations Supervisor for overnight shifts Monday through Thursday. The role focuses on labor planning, space utilization, and supervising inbound/outbound activities to meet service and cost objectives.

You will lead staff, train team members, and ensure safety, quality, and KPI adherence while coordinating with the Operations Manager and client representatives.

Qualifications

• Must have a High school diploma or GED.
• 3 years' experience in logistics/distribution environment.
• 1 year supervisory experience.
• Preferred: Forklift training/certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations including inbound, outbound and product slotting.
• Schedule labor, space, equipment and staffing; manage KPI performance.
• Supervise receiving, warehousing and shipping with safety and cost objectives.
• Train, evaluate and develop warehouse staff; support HR processes.
