Qualifications

• Minimum 1–3 years of supervisory experience, preferably in a warehouse or distribution center.
• Excellent interpersonal, team-building, delegating and follow-up skills.
• Strong communication skills (oral and written) and ability to work with multiple departments.
• Competent in basic math calculations and in Windows-based software.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Schedule warehouse personnel to ensure proper staffing for shipping and receiving.
• Direct daily warehouse activities including shipping, receiving, inventory control, and maintenance.
• Oversee Storage Buy transactions, receiving errors, and product staging.
• Maintain warehouse equipment with preventive maintenance programs and coordinate repairs.
• Ensure safety programs comply with OSHA regulations and uphold safe working conditions.
• Train associates on SOPs and manage disciplinary actions to maintain productivity.
• Coordinate with other departments to optimize warehouse operations and data flow.
• Complete activity reports and monitor paperwork from Receiving to Inventory Control.
• Oversee audits and ensure proper product rotation and inventory accuracy.
