Job summary

SanMar Corp. is seeking a Production II associate in Avondale, AZ. You will handle order picking, restocking, and auditing outbound orders to ensure accuracy and on-time shipments.

The role requires attention to detail, basic math, and the ability to follow directions in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Shift is Sunday to Wednesday from 7:00 PM to 5:30 AM with a base pay of $16.50 per hour plus a $2.00 shift differential, totaling $18.50 per hour.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, write and identify colors, sizes, quantity, label and SKU information.
• Basic math skills in counting and quantity.
• Demonstrated ability to follow directions and adapt to changing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Pick product quickly and accurately from designated locations and place into cartons or totes.
• Restock products to designated locations.
• Inspect and audit outbound orders for accuracy and compliance, seal and direct for invoicing and shipping.
• Operate a voice or RF unit.
• Check out equipment and return it in good condition.
• Meet minimum production and accuracy standards and deadlines.
