Job summary

SanMar is seeking a DC Supervisor at our Arizona distribution center to lead receiving, storage, order fulfillment and shipping operations, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

The role requires inventory control experience, 4–6 years in warehousing, 1–3 years in a lead role, and a flexible schedule. Starting salary is $67,054 with opportunities for bonus and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 4–6 years warehouse experience.
• 1–3 years as a lead or supervisor.
• Bilingual Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify and coordinate daily activities to achieve productivity, teamwork, safety, quality and knowledge.
• Oversee all aspects of the distribution center to ensure products are processed and delivered timely and accurately.
• Provide day-to-day direction and development to hourly staff including coaching, counseling, career development and corrective actions.
• Conduct annual performance appraisals and provide feedback on overall performance.
• Interview and hire new employees.
• Collaborate across departments to drive optimal productivity.
• Analyze business and performance trends to develop solutions, programs and policies.
• Foster an environment in which diverse backgrounds are respected and valued.
• Respond to employee needs, including professionalism and respect for others.
• Manage difficult employee situations in a professional manner.
