Job summary

SanMar in Avondale, AZ is hiring for an Error Resolution role. The position researches and resolves discrepancies with shipments, inventory and orders, and helps quickly locate missing product to complete and ship customer orders in a timely fashion.

The shift is 12:30PM to 9:00PM with pay $18.00 base plus a $1.00 shift differential ($19.00 total). Candidates should have a High School Diploma or equivalent and 1–3 years of warehouse experience, plus attention to detail and strong problem solving.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-3 years of warehouse experience preferred.
• Ability to read, write and identify colors, sizes, quantity, label and SKU information.
• Ability to work with a positive attitude toward company, job, customers and co-workers.
• May be required to complete and maintain SanMar’s Lift Operator Certification per OSHA recommendations.
• Demonstrates ability to follow directions and change priorities as needed.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify and troubleshoot discrepancies with shipments, inventory and orders and adjust inventory quantities.
• Maintain accurate department records.
• Process ship short orders accurately.
• Identify, correct, and record mill errors.
• Review selected customer orders prior to shipping.
• May operate powered lift equipment.
