SanMar is seeking a Shipping Clerk in Avondale, AZ for a Monday–Friday 1:00PM–9:30PM shift. The role involves verifying, invoicing, tagging, and loading shipments, including PSST and R&L orders, while interacting with customers and internal teams.

You will use an RF unit and internal OS to ensure accuracy, learn the system, and meet deadlines. Applicants should have a high school diploma and strong attention to detail, with safety training required.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent.
• Customer service and communication skills are essential.
• Ability to read, write, identify colors/SKUs, and perform basic math.

Responsibilities

• Invoice, tag and load shipments accurately and timely.
• Verify charges and shipping deadlines for invoicing and loading.
• Create parcel or freight invoices with shipping charges.
• Respond to inquiries by phone or email.
• Manually load pallets, use RF unit, and operate the internal system.
• Meet production and accuracy standards and deadlines.
