Job summary

SanMar in the United States is seeking a Production II warehouse associate to perform picking, restocking, and order auditing. You will use voice/RF devices to verify accuracy, seal and direct orders for invoicing and shipping.

Ideal candidates bring 1–3 years of warehouse experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to follow directions in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1-3 years of experience supporting warehouse activities.
• Ability to read, write and identify colors, sizes, quantity, label and SKU information.
• Basic math skills in counting and quantity required.
• Ability to follow directions and adapt to changing priorities.
• Ability to work in fast-paced, high-volume environment while meeting deadlines.
• Ability to work independently or within a team.
• Strong attention to details.
• Regular and prompt attendance.
• Overtime may be required.

Responsibilities

• Pick product from designated locations accurately and place into cartons or totes.
• Restock product into designated locations.
• Inspect and audit outbound orders for accuracy and compliance, seal orders, and direct to invoicing and shipping.
• Operate a voice or Radio Frequency unit.
• Check out equipment and return it in same condition.
• Meet minimum production and accuracy standards and deadlines.
