Job summary

SanMar is seeking a Production II associate to support warehouse operations, including restocking, order auditing, and picking items. This role requires working Sunday–Wednesday, 7:00 PM–5:30 AM, with pay of $16.50 per hour plus a $2.00 shift differential, totaling $18.50 per hour.

The position favors 1–3 years of warehouse experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to read labels and SKUs. Proficiency in basic math and reliable attendance are essential for success in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1–3 years warehouse experience.
• Ability to read, write, and identify colors, sizes, quantities, labels and SKUs.
• Basic math skills for counting and quantities.
• Ability to follow directions and adjust to changing priorities.
• Ability to work in fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Teamwork and ability to work independently.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Good verbal and written communication.
• Regular, prompt attendance.
• Overtime may be required.

Responsibilities

• Pick products from designated locations and place into cartons or totes per hand-scanner.
• Restock products into designated locations.
• Audit outbound orders for accuracy and prepare for invoicing and shipping.
• Operate a voice or RF unit.
• Check out equipment and return it in good condition.
• Meet production and accuracy standards and deadlines.
