Job summary

SanMar Corp. is seeking an Error Resolution specialist in Avondale, AZ to research and resolve discrepancies with shipments, inventory and orders. The role focuses on locating missing product to complete and ship customer orders promptly.

Responsibilities include identifying discrepancies, maintaining records, processing ship short orders, correcting mill errors where needed, and potentially operating lift equipment in a fast-paced warehouse.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-3 years of warehouse experience preferred.
• Ability to read, write and identify colors, sizes, quantity, label and SKU information.
• Demonstrates ability to follow directions and adapt to changing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Identify and troubleshoot discrepancies with shipments, inventory and orders and adjust inventory quantities.
• Maintain accurate department records.
• Process ship short orders and correct discrepancies in a timely manner.
• Operate powered lift equipment if required.
• Review selected customer orders prior to shipping.
