Floor & Decor Holdings Inc. is seeking an Overnight Receiving Supervisor to direct and oversee warehouse operations for multiple stores.

You will supervise warehouse specialists, order pickers, and forklift operators while managing daily freight schedules based on customer and inventory needs. The role requires 1–3 years of supervisory experience in a warehouse setting, strong communication and cross‑functional collaboration skills, and the ability to work extended hours during peak seasons.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of supervisory experience in warehouse or distribution center preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal, team-building, delegating and follow-up skills.
• Ability to work with other departments and maintain effective working relationships.
• Effective oral and written communication skills.
• Competent in basic mathematical calculations.
• Strong computer skills and Windows-based systems proficiency.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Available to work extended hours, especially during peak seasons.

Responsibilities

• Schedule warehouse personnel to ensure proper manning for shipping and receiving at stores.
• Direct day-to-day warehouse activities: shipping, receiving, inventory control, and maintenance.
• Oversee Storage Buy transactions, receiving errors, and product staging.
• Maintain warehouse equipment with preventive maintenance and coordinate repairs.
• Ensure safe, efficient equipment for distribution functions.
• Implement warehouse safety programs per OSHA/local regulations.
• Train associates and enforce standard operating procedures.
• Manage disciplinary processes and foster productive labor climate.
• Handle inquiries and coordinate with other departments for efficiency.
• Complete activity reports for management and ensure timely data entry.
• Resolve discrepancies with shipping, invoices, packing slips, and receiver reports.
• Execute Storage Buy Audit COP and ensure proper product counting and storage.
• Oversee inventory rotation and orderly product storage.
• Perform other duties as directed by management.
