Job summary

Floor & Decor Holdings Inc. is seeking an Overnight Receiving Supervisor to direct warehouse operations across our stores. You will supervise warehouse specialists, order pickers, and forklift operators, and manage daily freight schedules based on customer and inventory needs.

Responsibilities include scheduling, shipping/receiving, inventory control, and safety programs. The role requires 1–3 years of supervisory experience in a warehouse setting and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of supervisory experience in warehouse or distribution center.
• Excellent interpersonal, team-building, delegating and follow-up skills.
• Ability to work with and maintain effective relationships with other departments.
• Effective oral and written communication skills.
• Competent in basic mathematical calculations.
• Strong computer skills, with the ability to work in Windows-based systems.
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment and meet established deadlines.
• Available to work extended hours, especially during peak seasons.

Responsibilities

• Schedule warehouse personnel to ensure proper staffing for shipping and receiving.
• Direct the day-to-day activities of the warehouse, including shipping, receiving, maintenance, and inventory control.
• Manage Storage Buy transactions, receiving errors, and product staging.
• Oversee warehouse equipment maintenance and communicate repairs to management.
• Ensure safe, efficient equipment for distribution tasks.
• Maintain warehouse safety programs and OSHA compliance.
• Train associates and enforce standard operating procedures.
• Handle employee inquiries and resolve problems.
• Coordinate with other departments to optimize warehouse operations.
• Complete Activity Reports for management.
• Monitor paperwork flow from Receiving to Inventory Control for timely data entry.
• Resolve discrepancies with shipping, invoices, packing slips, and receiver reports.
• Execute Storage Buy Audit COP.
• Ensure products are staged for counting and inspection.
• Oversee inventory rotation and space optimization.
• Perform other duties as directed by management.
