Job summary

Floor & Decor Holdings Inc. is seeking an Overnight Receiving Supervisor to oversee warehouse operations for its stores.

You will direct warehouse staff, manage the daily freight schedule, and ensure efficient shipping and receiving aligned with inventory needs. The role requires supervisory experience, strong interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with Windows-based systems.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of supervisory experience in a warehouse or distribution center.
• Excellent interpersonal, team building, delegating and follow-up skills.
• Effective communication skills (oral and written).
• Able to perform basic mathematical calculations and work with Windows-based systems.

Responsibilities

• Schedule daily warehouse personnel to ensure proper staffing for shipping and receiving.
• Direct day-to-day warehouse activities, including shipping, receiving, maintenance and inventory control.
• Maintain warehouse safety programs and ensure safe equipment usage.
• Coordinate with other departments to facilitate efficient operations.
• Complete activity reports for management and resolve discrepancies in shipping documents.
