Job summary

W.B. Mason is hiring a full-time Loader for our overnight shift, Sunday through Thursday nights, with Fridays and Saturdays off. You will assemble orders, load trucks, and ensure timely, accurate deliveries while maintaining safety and quality. A 10% shift differential rewards overnight hours.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license required.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent English communication (verbal/written).
• Ability to follow safety and security procedures.
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Regularly lift/move 75 lbs or more.
• Experience in warehouse or loaders preferred.
• Overnight/3rd shift experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assemble customer orders accurately and place on pallets for distribution.
• Load trucks on schedule and ensure top condition of goods.
• Update team leads to prevent disruptions and maintain flow.
• Pack and prep products, delivering reliable orders leaving the dock.
