Job summary

W.B. Mason in New York is hiring a full-time Loader for our overnight team. You will load pallets, verify orders, and ensure trucks depart on schedule, with a 10% shift differential for overnight hours.

This 3rd shift runs Sunday through Thursday, with Friday and Saturday nights off. A valid driver's license, attention to detail, strong English communication, and the ability to lift 75 lbs are required. Medical, dental, vision, disability, PTO, and life insurance are provided.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license.
• Attention to detail with accuracy and thoroughness.
• Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written).
• Ability to complete work on time following safety procedures.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to regularly lift and move 75 lbs or more.

Responsibilities

• Assemble customer orders accurately and place them on pallets for distribution.
• Ensure trucks are loaded on schedule and in good condition.
• Juggle tasks and update team leads to prevent disruptions.
• Pack and prep items to maintain reliability and trust in orders.
