Job summary

W.B. Mason Company Inc. is hiring a full-time Loader for our overnight team. This role runs Sunday through Thursday nights with a 10% shift differential, loading orders onto pallets and ensuring timely truck loading.

You will move, pack, and prepare items for distribution with emphasis on accuracy, safety, and reliability. Candidates must have a valid driver''s license and be able to lift 75 lbs or more.

Qualifications

• Valid driver''s license.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong English communication (verbal/written).
• Ability to follow safety procedures and meet deadlines.
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Regularly lift and move 75 lbs or more.

Responsibilities

• Assemble customer orders on pallets for distribution.
• Ensure trucks are loaded on schedule and in good condition.
• Update team leads to prevent disruptions during shifts.
• Pack and prep orders, maintaining accuracy and speed.
• Load products onto docks and manage flow of goods.
