Job summary

W.B. Mason in Boston is hiring a full-time Loader to support our overnight operations. This 3rd shift role runs Sunday through Thursday nights with Friday and Saturday nights off, plus a 10% shift differential for overnight hours.

As a Loader, you will assemble customer orders, place them on pallets for distribution, and ensure trucks are loaded on schedule. You will multitask in a fast-paced environment and regularly lift 75 lbs or more, while following safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Outstanding communication in English (verbal, reading, and writing).
• Ability to complete work on time, following safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Assemble customer orders and place them on pallets for distribution.
• Ensure trucks are loaded on schedule and in top condition.
• Juggle tasks and update team leads to prevent disruptions.
• Pack and prep orders leaving the dock.
