Job summary

W.B. Mason is hiring a full-time Loader for its overnight shift to support growing operations. You will assemble customer orders, load pallets, and ensure timely truck loading while maintaining safety standards. A valid driver’s license and ability to lift 75 lbs or more are required.

This role offers comprehensive benefits and a 10% shift differential for night hours, with Sunday through Thursday nights worked and Friday/Saturday off.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license and be able to operate with safety procedures.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order loading.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced loading environment.

Responsibilities

• Load customer orders onto pallets and prepare for distribution.
• Ensure trucks are loaded on schedule and in good condition.
• Maintain safety and security procedures during loading.
• Report any delays or issues to team leads promptly.
