Job summary

W.B. Mason is hiring a full-time Loader in Boston to support overnight operations. You will assemble customer orders, place them on pallets, and ensure trucks are loaded on schedule while maintaining safety and accuracy.

This 3rd shift (Sunday–Thursday) offers a 10% overnight differential, a strong benefits package, and opportunities for growth within a company that values teamwork, reliability, and dedication.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Outstanding communication skills in English.
• Ability to complete work on time following safety procedures.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to regularly lift and/or move 75lbs or more.

Responsibilities

• Assembles customer orders and places them on pallets for distribution.
• Ensures trucks are loaded on schedule and in good condition.
• Updates team leads to prevent disruptions.
• Packs and preps orders for loading and shipment.
