W.B. Mason is hiring a full-time Loader for our overnight crew in New Jersey. You will assemble orders, load pallets, and coordinate with team leads to keep trucks moving on schedule.

The role requires physical stamina, strict attention to detail, and reliable communication. The 3rd shift runs Sunday through Thursday with Friday and Saturday off, offering a 10% shift differential. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, PTO, and life insurance.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license is required.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to regularly lift 75 lbs or more.

Responsibilities

• Assemble customer orders and place on pallets for distribution.
• Ensure trucks are loaded on schedule and in top condition.
• Pack and prep orders, updating team leads to prevent disruptions.
