Job summary

W.B. Mason is hiring a full-time Loader for our overnight team in Cranston, RI. You will assemble customer orders, place them on pallets, and help load trucks on a strict night schedule, with a 10% differential for overnight hours.

The role requires a valid driver’s license, strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced warehouse. Prior warehouse experience is preferred and safety procedures must be followed.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assemble customer orders and place them on pallets for distribution.
• Ensure trucks are loaded on schedule and in good condition.
• Pack, prep, and update team leads to prevent disruptions.
• Maintain safety and security procedures during loading operations.
