W.B. Mason Company Inc. is hiring a full-time Loader to support our overnight operations in Newtown, PA.

You will assemble customer orders on pallets, load trucks, and help keep the supply chain moving. This 3rd shift Sunday through Thursday nights offers a 10% differential and room for growth in a team-driven environment. A valid driver’s license, attention to detail, and the ability to lift 75 lbs are required.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Outstanding English communication skills (verbal, reading, writing).
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to regularly lift and move 75 lbs or more.

Responsibilities

• Load and assemble customer orders onto pallets for distribution.
• Ensure trucks are loaded on schedule and in good condition.
• Update team leads to prevent disruptions and maintain flow.
• Move between tasks quickly while maintaining safety and accuracy.
