Job summary

SanMar is hiring for Overnight Production II in Robbinsville, NJ. The role runs 8pm–6:30am with a $17 base plus a $2 differential, totaling about $19 per hour. You will quickly and accurately pick from designated locations, restock, audit orders, and operate RF equipment.

The position requires 1–3 years of warehouse experience, HS diploma or equivalent preferred, and the ability to read labels, sizes, quantities and SKUs, plus basic math. Eligibility for overtime may apply.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience supporting warehouse activities.
• Ability to read, write and identify colors, sizes, quantity, label and SKU information.
• Basic math skills in counting and quantity required.
• Demonstrated ability to follow directions and adapt to changing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Pick product quickly and accurately from designated locations and place into cartons or totes.
• Restock product into designated locations.
• Inspect and audit outbound orders for accuracy and compliance and direct completed orders for invoicing and shipping.
• Operate a voice or RF unit.
• Check out equipment and return it in good condition.
• Meet minimum production and accuracy standards and deadlines.
