Job summary

Grainger, a leading broad line distributor in North America, is hiring a Distribution Center Associate in Minnesota. You will perform warehouse tasks including inbound/outbound handling, picking, packing, and shipping, reporting to a DC Supervisor.

The role is hourly, starting at $24.30/hour with planned raises to $25.50/hour, plus $1/hour for PIE operators and for overnight shifts. Benefits include health care, PTO, holidays, and 401(k) with company matching.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work on your feet in a warehouse environment.
• Ability to frequently lift, slide and lower packages up to 75 pounds.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced facility with moving equipment and noise.

Responsibilities

• Safely complete inbound and outbound warehouse tasks including unloading, sorting, labeling, replenishing, auditing, picking and packing products.
• Ensure products are shipped correctly to meet customer expectations for quality and delivery speed.
• Meet safety, quality, productivity, and attendance requirements; operate scanning equipment and maintain a clean, safe work environment.
