Job summary

Grainger is seeking a Distribution Center Associate to support inventory integrity and order processing in a fast-paced warehouse environment. You will perform inbound/outbound tasks, ensure accurate shipments, and maintain safety and cleanliness across the DC.

Starting pay is $22.15/hour with three raises in 12 months up to $23.35/hour, plus $1/hour extra for PIE operators and overnight shifts. Excellent benefits start on day one and include PTO and 401(k) contributions.

Qualifications

• Must be able to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
• Able to lift, slide and lower packages up to 75 pounds.
• Able to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform inbound and outbound warehouse tasks: unloading, sorting, labeling, replenishing, auditing, packing.
• Ensure accurate shipment of products to meet customer expectations for quality and speed.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and comply with OSHA and safety policies.
• Operate scanning equipment and follow leadership instructions.
