Job summary

Grainger is hiring a Distribution Center Associate in Denver. This full-time role supports inventory integrity, order processing, picking, packing and shipping in a safety-conscious warehouse environment.

You will report to a DC Supervisor, operate scanning equipment, and work with teammates to meet delivery speed and quality targets. Starting pay is $22.15 per hour with raises to $23.35; PIE and overnight shift premiums apply where eligible.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age
• Ability to frequently lift, slide and lower packages up to 75 pounds
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Comfort working on your feet in a busy warehouse

Responsibilities

• Unload, sort, label, replenish, audit, and pack products
• Ensure products are shipped accurately to meet quality and delivery speed
• Meet safety, productivity, and attendance requirements
• Operate computerized scanning equipment and maintain a clean, safe work area
