W.W. Grainger, Inc. in Pineville, NC is hiring full-time Distribution Center Associates to safely perform inbound/outbound warehouse tasks, including unloading, sorting, labeling, and packing.

You will operate computerized scanning equipment and maintain a clean, safe work area in accordance with OSHA guidelines. The role offers hourly pay starting at $21.25 with planned raises to $22.45 within 12 months, plus additional $1/hour for PIE operators and $1/hour for overnight shifts.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent and at least 18 years of age.
• Must pass pre-employment drug screen, background check, and physical lifting assessment.
• Comfortable standing, lifting up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 75 lbs occasionally.

Responsabilidades

• Safely complete inbound and/or outbound warehouse tasks such as unloading, sorting, labeling, replenishing, auditing, and packing.
• Ensure products are packed and shipped correctly to meet quality and delivery expectations.
• Operate scanning equipment and maintain a clean, organized work area per OSHA and hazardous material rules.
• Meet safety, productivity, and attendance requirements while collaborating with the team.
