Job summary

Grainger’s Distribution Center in Minooka, IL is hiring for a full-time Distribution Center Associate. The role offers a night shift schedule (7:00pm–5:30am or 8:00pm–6:30am) with a 4-day work week and three days off.

Starting pay is $21.75/hour with raises to $22.95/hour over 12 months, plus $1/hour for PIE operators and overnight shifts. Benefits start on day one, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 18 PTO days, six holidays, and a 401(k) with 6% company contribution.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Able to lift up to 75 pounds.
• Pass pre-employment drug screen and background check.
• Comfortable standing for long periods near moving equipment.

Responsibilities

• Safely complete inbound and/or outbound warehouse tasks with attention to detail.
• Ensure products are shipped correctly to meet quality and delivery speed.
• Meet safety, quality, productivity, attendance, and overtime requirements as needed.
• Operate computerized scanning equipment and maintain a clean, safe, organized work environment.
• Perform other tasks as directed by leadership.
