Job summary

Ethos Veterinary Health in Mission, KS seeks a full-time Veterinary Client Service Representative to join our team at the Mission, KS location. You will warmly welcome clients, review medical records, process appointments, and help ensure top-quality patient care.

This role requires excellent interpersonal skills, basic Windows proficiency, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced hospital setting. Evening night shifts on Sun, Wed, Fri from 8pm to 6am with hourly pay as posted.

• Basic computer skills and familiarity with Windows programs.
• Strong communication and multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients in a friendly, helpful, and compassionate manner.
• Prepare and review documents and medical records accurately.
• Educate clients regarding MVES/OVES services and practices.
• Process appointments, emergencies, and client requests with high quality of care.
• Process invoices and payments accurately.
• Update and maintain client/pet records in compliance with legal requirements.
• Assist with scanning, faxing, emailing, and other admin duties.
• Support team to reach common goals.
• Recognize when to seek guidance for non-standard cases.

Responsibilities of a Client Service Representative:

• Welcome our clients in a friendly, helpful, and compassionate manner
• Prepare and review documents and medical records accurately and completely
• Educate and advise clients regarding MVES/OVES services and practices
• Process appointments, emergencies, and client requests while ensuring the highest quality of care and satisfaction for our clients at all times
• Process invoices and payments accurately
• Update and maintain client/pet records and files in accordance with hospital legal requirements
• Assist with other administrative duties such as scanning, faxing, emailing, for example
• Support team to reach common goals
• Ability to recognize and seek guidance in all client-related cases where protocol does not apply

About You

• Excellent interpersonal skills and able to develop and maintain positive working relationships with others
• Have a fundamental knowledge of windows based computer programs
• Proven effective communication and the ability to multitask and prioritize
• Willing and able to provide exceptional customer service
• A motivated and dedicated individual who is self- motivated to provide exceptional service

Schedule and compensation:

Sunday, Wednesday - Friday; 8pm - 6am

• Pay is dependent on experience
• $3.00/hr on hours between 10pm and 8am
