You will ensure every visitor feels acknowledged, supported, and valued as you manage check-in/out, payments, and communication with the care team.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years of high-level customer service in medical settings, strong communication and discreet professionalism, and are comfortable working

Qualifications

• 2+ years of high-level customer service experience (veterinary or medical setting preferred).
• Ability to deliver gold-standard service in a fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional communication and active listening skills.

Responsibilities
