Ethos Veterinary Health in Honolulu is seeking an Overnight Client Care Representative to welcome emergency and specialty clients during night hours. The role supports veterinarians and technicians, maintains patient records, and educates clients on services and policies.

The position offers full-time hours with night shifts, a competitive hourly wage with an overnight differential, and opportunities to contribute to Hawaii's premier veterinary care team.

Formación

• Previous customer service experience required; veterinary or medical reception experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and remain calm in a fast-paced emergency environment.

Responsabilidades

• Welcome clients and patients with professionalism and empathy.
• Serve as the first point of contact for overnight emergency and specialty clients.
• Review and maintain accurate client and patient medical records.
• Educate clients on hospital services, policies, and treatment processes.
• Answer calls, manage appointment requests, and assist with emergencies.
• Process patient admissions, discharges, and follow-up appointments.
• Prepare invoices, process payments, and maintain financial records.
• Perform general administrative duties and document management.
• Collaborate with veterinarians, technicians, and staff to ensure seamless overnight operations.
