Ethos Veterinary Health in Centerville, OH, is seeking a part-time Customer Service Representative for Veterinary Emergency and Critical Care. This weekend night role covers Saturday and Sunday, 8pm–6am, with an overnight differential of $3/hr after 7pm.

You will manage high-volume calls, greet emergency clients, support front desk operations overnight, and maintain accurate records while collaborating with veterinarians and staff.

Qualifications

• Previous client service/customer service experience required; veterinary or medical experience preferred
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with office software and systems
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Successful candidates must be able to work independently overnight while maintaining strong teamwork and communication with medical staff

Responsibilities

• Manage high-volume incoming phone calls and client communication
• Greet and assist emergency and specialty clients
• Support front desk and administrative hospital operations overnight
• Maintain accurate medical and client records
• Collaborate closely with veterinary technicians, assistants, and doctors
• Assist with patient intake and emergency workflow coordination
• Maintain organization, cleanliness, and professionalism throughout client-facing areas of the hospital
• Support clients through emotionally sensitive situations with compassion and discretion
