• Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer service.
• Ability to read and write standard English.
• Ability to add/subtract numbers and understand time systems (24h/military).
• Experience with handling money and basic calculations is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide hospitality services to guests in a friendly and efficient manner.
• Park and retrieve guest vehicles safely and promptly; assist with luggage during arrival/departure.
• Maintain professional demeanor with guests, colleagues and clients.
• Explain parking rates and procedures to guests; manage keys and ticket information.
• Perform duties as outlined with adherence to Towne Park procedures.
