Parking Management Company in Daytona Beach is seeking an Overnight Valet Parking Attendant to provide courteous guest service during late-night hours, safely park and retrieve guest vehicles, and uphold the property's security and cleanliness.

You will greet guests, document any existing damage, monitor the lot, record hours and tips, wear the uniform, and collaborate with team members to ensure smooth overnight operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Prior customer service experience is preferred.
• A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required.
• No additional certifications are required.

Responsibilities

• Warm Welcome: Greet guests and assist with luggage and vehicle needs during overnight hours.
• The Details: Document existing damage on claim tickets.
• Safety: Park and retrieve vehicles safely per safety protocols.
• Stay Vigilant: Monitor and secure the parking area all night.
• Keep it Clean: Maintain a clean, professional valet station.
• Timekeeping: Record hours and gratuities per policies.
• Customer Service: Deliver outstanding service with courtesy.
• On Time: Arrive punctually in uniform and follow policies.
• Support: Assist team members for smooth overnight operations.
• Additional Duties: Help with other tasks as needed.
