You must maintain a professional appearance, document vehicle conditions, follow safety guidelines, and log hours and tips accurately. This role requires flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays, with compensation as hourly base plus

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Prior customer service experience preferred.
• A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Warm welcome and assist guests with luggage and vehicle needs overnight.
• Document existing damage on claim tickets after arrival.
• Safely park and retrieve vehicles following safety protocols.
• Monitor the parking area and respond to guest requests during the night.
• Maintain a clean, professional valet station.
• Accurately record hours and gratuities per policy.
• Deliver outstanding customer service with professionalism and courtesy.
• Arrive on time in full uniform and follow hotel policies.
• Support teammates and assist with other overnight tasks as needed.
• Handle additional duties to ensure smooth overnight operations.
