Parking Management Company is seeking an Overnight Valet Parking Attendant to deliver courteous, secure valet service during late-night hours. You will greet guests, park and retrieve vehicles, document any damage, and maintain a clean, professional station across shifts.

Responsibilities include rigorous safety adherence, timely arrivals, and helpful customer interactions. The role demands standing, walking, and dealing with varying weather while contributing to excellent guest experiences.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Prior customer service experience preferred.
• A helpful attitude and commitment to delivering excellent service are essential.

Responsibilities

• Warm welcome: greet guests and assist with luggage and vehicle needs during overnight hours.
• The Details: document existing vehicle damage on claim tickets.
• Safety: safely park and retrieve vehicles following safety protocols and key handling procedures.
• Stay Vigilant: monitor and secure the parking area through the night and respond to guest requests.
• Keep it Clean: maintain a clean, organized valet station reflecting high hotel standards.
• Timekeeping: record hours and gratuities per company policies.
• Customer Service: address guest inquiries with professionalism and courtesy.
• On Time: arrive punctually in full uniform and follow hotel policies.
• Support: assist team members with additional tasks for smooth overnight operations.
• Additional Duties: help with other tasks as needed.
