Parking Management Company is seeking an Overnight Valet Parking Attendant to greet guests, park and retrieve vehicles, and ensure safety during late hours. You will maintain a professional appearance and provide courteous service in a fast-paced, high-standards environment.

Must have a high school diploma or GED, valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and the ability to pass a background check. Evening, weekend, and holiday availability is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Prior customer service experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
• Background check must be passable; no additional certifications required.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and assist with luggage and vehicle needs during overnight hours.
• Conduct thorough vehicle inspections and document existing damage on claim tickets.
• Safely park and retrieve vehicles following safety protocols and key handling procedures.
• Monitor and secure the parking area overnight and respond to guest requests.
• Maintain a clean, professional valet station reflecting the hotel’s standards.
• Accurately record hours and gratuities per company policies.
• Provide outstanding customer service and address guest inquiries with professionalism.
• Arrive punctually in full uniform and follow hotel policies and safety guidelines.
• Support team members and assist with additional tasks to ensure smooth overnight operations.
• Help with other duties as needed to support daily operations.
