Parking Management Company seeks an Overnight Valet Parking Attendant to deliver courteous and secure valet service during late-night hours. You will greet guests, park and retrieve vehicles, and uphold safety and professionalism in all interactions.

Responsibilities include inspecting vehicles, documenting damages, maintaining a clean station, and recording hours and gratuities. Must have a valid license, reliable transportation, and a willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Prior customer service experience is preferred.
• A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required.

Responsibilities

• Warm Welcome: greet guests warmly and assist with luggage and vehicle needs during overnight hours.
• The Details: conduct thorough vehicle inspections to document any existing damage.
• Safety: safely park and retrieve vehicles while adhering to all safety protocols.
• Stay Vigilant: monitor and secure the parking area throughout the night.
• Keep it Clean: maintain a clean, organized valet station reflecting high standards.
• Timekeeping: accurately record hours and gratuities in line with company policies.
• Customer Service: provide outstanding customer service with professionalism.
• On Time: arrive punctually, in full uniform, and compliant with policies.
• Support: assist team members and with additional tasks for smooth overnight operations.
• Additional Duties: help with other tasks as needed to support the team.
