Parking Management Company is seeking an Overnight Valet Parking Attendant to deliver courteous, secure service during late-night hours. You will greet guests, assist with luggage, inspect vehicles for damage, and safely park or retrieve cars while maintaining a professional station and adherence to safety policies.

Responsibilities include documenting conditions, monitoring the lot, and ensuring timely, accurate hours and gratuities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; prior guest service experience preferred.
• A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required; clean driving record.
• Must pass background check; no additional certifications required.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and assist with luggage and vehicle needs during overnight hours.
• Conduct thorough vehicle inspections to document any existing damage on claim tickets.
• Safely park and retrieve vehicles, following safety protocols and key handling procedures.
• Monitor and secure the parking area throughout the night and respond to guest requests.
• Maintain a clean, organized valet station reflecting hotel standards.
• Record hours and gratuities accurately per company policy.
• Provide outstanding customer service with professionalism and courtesy.
• Arrive on time, in full uniform, and comply with hotel safety guidelines.
• Support team members and assist with additional tasks as needed.
