The role requires a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver's license, and the ability to pass a background check. Excellent guest service, reliability, and a neat appearance are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Prior customer service experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation; pass background check.

Responsibilities

• Warm Welcome: Greet guests and assist with luggage and vehicle needs during overnight hours.
• The Details: Document any existing damage on claim tickets after inspecting vehicles.
• Safety: Safely park and retrieve vehicles following safety protocols and key handling procedures.
• Stay Vigilant: Monitor the parking area and respond to guest requests and concerns overnight.
• Keep it Clean: Maintain a clean, organized valet station reflecting high hotel standards.
• Timekeeping: Record hours and gratuities in line with company policies.
• Customer Service: Provide outstanding service with professionalism and courtesy.
• On Time: Arrive punctually in full uniform and follow hotel policies.
• Support: Assist teammates and handle additional tasks as needed for smooth operations.
• Additional Duties: Help with other tasks to support daily operations.
