Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation; background check required.

Responsibilities

• Warm welcome: greet guests and assist with luggage and vehicle needs during overnight hours.
• The Details: document existing vehicle damage on claim tickets.
• Safety: safely park and retrieve vehicles following safety protocols and key handling procedures.
• Stay Vigilant: monitor and secure the parking area overnight and respond to guest requests.
• Keep it Clean: maintain a clean, organized valet station reflecting high hotel standards.
• Timekeeping: record hours and gratuities per company policies.
• Customer Service: provide outstanding service with professionalism and courtesy.
• On Time: arrive punctually in full uniform and follow hotel policies and safety guidelines.
• Support: assist team members and help with additional tasks as needed.
