Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and assist with luggage and vehicle needs during overnight hours.
• Document existing vehicle damage on claim tickets.
• Safely park and retrieve vehicles following safety protocols.
• Monitor and secure the parking area all night.
• Record hours and gratuities per company policy.
• Provide outstanding customer service and address inquiries.
• Arrive on time in full uniform and follow hotel policies.
• Support teammates and assist with other tasks as needed.
• Maintain a clean, professional valet station reflecting high standards.
