Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation; clean DMV record.
• Background check required.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Warm welcome and assist with luggage and vehicle needs during overnight hours.
• Conduct thorough vehicle inspections and document any existing damage on claim tickets.
• Safely park and retrieve vehicles following safety protocols and key handling procedures.
• Monitor and secure the parking area overnight.
• Maintain a clean, professional valet station reflective of the hotel’s high standards.
• Accurately record hours and gratuities per company policies.
• Provide outstanding customer service and address guest inquiries professionally.
• Arrive on time in full uniform and adhere to all hotel policies and safety guidelines.
• Support team members and assist with additional tasks as needed.
• Assist with other duties to support overnight operations.
