Towne Park is seeking a Guest Service Associate to deliver exceptional hospitality to guests arriving or departing. You will handle parking and retrieval of vehicles, assist with luggage, and help guests with directions and local information in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities include conveying parking rates, issuing claim checks, and maintaining accurate vehicle records. The role may require overnight shifts, and eligibility for benefits varies by schedule and hours worked.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services.
• Ability to read and write standard English language.
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence and memos.
• Ability to write simple correspondence.
• Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to guests and employees.
• Ability to operate a manual transmission is highly desirable.
• Perform parallel parking.
