Job summary

Towne Park LLC seeks a friendly Guest Service Associate to deliver exceptional hospitality during guest arrivals and departures. You will park and retrieve vehicles, assist with luggage, and provide local information and assistance to guests with a focus on safety and efficiency.

The role requires strong English communication, strong customer service, and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED required.
• Must hold a valid driver’s license for the state you are applying to work, or within a commutable distance from the state you are applying to work (as applicable).
• Work Experience: One (1) month related experience and/or training; OR equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner and maintain a pleasant demeanor.
• Assist guests with parking and retrieving vehicles safely and promptly.
• Help guests with luggage handling and bell services as needed.
• Provide directions, reservations, taxis, and information about local amenities and attractions.
• Explain parking rates and procedures; manage keys, ticket information, and receipts accurately.
• Ensure overall guest satisfaction and safe operations during arrival and departure.
