Job summary

Towne Park LLC is seeking a Guest Service Associate to deliver exceptional hospitality while parking and retrieving guest vehicles, assisting with luggage, and delivering notes and items as needed. You will greet guests, explain rates, and coordinate with team to ensure smooth operations.

This role requires a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license, and customer-focused communication. The position supports a friendly, fast-paced environment with tips and a shift differential where

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver's license required and must be within commuting distance where applicable.
• 1 month related experience or training preferred, or equivalent education/experience.
• Ability to read/write standard English, basic math, and communicate effectively with guests and teammates.
• Capable of handling cash/credits and operating in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests professionally and assist with parking and vehicle retrieval.
• Assist guests with luggage delivery/pickup where applicable.
• Explain parking rates and retrieval procedures; manage tickets and keys in the valet system.
• Provide directions, arrange taxis, and assist with reservations and area information.
• Maintain safety, accuracy, and courteous service at all times.
